Landers' price for material and installation on top-quality engineered Brazilian Walnut beat two other reputable contractors, and Stephanie coordinated with us every step of the way. The installation went smoothly and took only 1 day. Then we decided to replace the carpet in 4 bedrooms, and went back to Landers - - Stephanie alerted us to an impending price increase on the Stainmaster carpet we wanted, and we made our purchase before the price jump, and then Landers stored the carpet for well over a month until we were ready for the install.
