We had been wanting to get solid wood flooring for our master and closet for sometime and just could not decide on the material and installer. When we discovered strand woven bamboo flooring we knew what we wanted. We contacted Cristen Finnell at Landers and received a very timely response. We were in a rush to get it done before the holidays and explained this up front. Cristen double checked inventory to be sure that they had it in stock before making a commitment.
I first spoke to Cristen on Monday and the floor was in place on Friday! Cristen was responsive and professional and the installers were friendly, timely and installed our floor in a very quality fashion.
We feel like we got a great value for our money!
