The Lander’s team did an excellent job helping us select the right texture, design, and quality. Stephanie gave us several options to consider and asked us questions about what was best for us. There is so much to choose from it is mind boggling. Stephanie guided us through the carpet selection maze with patience. After much consideration and consultation we moved forward. BTW- Stephanie was even communicating with me while she was on summer vacation. Extra points for her there!
The install crew (Eduardo and Roberto) did a quality job and knocked out our project in two days. We had a few other quotes and they were all in the same ballpark but the consultation, follow up, professionalism and “non pressure” from the Lander’s Flooring team was the difference maker. Our house looks amazing and we are completely satisfied with the finished look.
