John went above and beyond in helping us get our defective floor replaced! The original installer was unresponsive and did absolutely nothing to help us with a defective wood floor. John stepped in and got the manufacturer to replace the floor for us! Believe me, this took a lot of work! His team was incredible! They were efficient, courteous, and superbly skilled at the process of replacing a wood floor. The job was done in two days. They moved the furniture, made sure everything was protected from the dust and moved everything back where it belonged when they were done. The floor is beautiful! Actually, the seams and curves were done much better than with the original floor. True professionals and masters of their trade, nice to deal with 100% of the way.
